Can you make a rug that is made-to-measure?

Cozy rugs Australia offers different sizes for each product-type and special sizes cannot be made for just one unit.

Lavables: 80x120 cm, 80x230 cm, 90x160 cm, 120x160 cm, 120x180 cm, 140x200 cm, 160x180 cm, 110x150 cm, 110x170 cm, Ø 120 cm, Ø 140 cm, Ø 150 cm y Ø 160 cm.
Acrylic: 120x160 cm, 140x200 cm, 200x300 cm y 80x200 cm.
Wool: 120x180 cm, 140x180 cm, 140x200 cm, 145x208 cm, 150x160 cm, 150x200 cm, 170x240 cm.
Woolable (Washable wool rugs): 80x140cm, 140x200cm, 90x240cm, 170x240cm, 200x300cm, and Ø160cm.

If you need a smaller rug because you don't know if it will fit in the room because of a bed or a piece of furniture, you can choose one of our washable cotton rugs. They are thin, light and flexible, so you can put part of the rug under the furniture without any problem.

In case you need a bigger piece, you can combine some rugs in different colors or designs. You will get an original and harmonious room.

What accessories go with my rug?

At Cozy rugs Australia we also design washable cushions that combine perfectly with our rugs, as well as woollen and cotton blankets, wall decor and storage baskets. We offer all the accessories you need to create harmonious and cosy environments.

My rug is a little bit longer/shorter than advertised.

Our rugs are made using artisanal methods. Each piece is cut by hand, so their size may vary slightly.

Are the tassels included in the measurements of the rugs?

The measurements given for each rug are those of the base; they do not consider the length of the tassels

Do the rugs and accessories lose colour after being washed?

The color is fixed during the manufacturing process, so it is no problem to wash the product as many times as necessary. However, we recommend washing the carpet or accessory separately, since in the first washes it may lose some color resulting from the excess cotton that remains between the fibers after polishing the product. Can my rug be placed in direct sunlight?

Sunlight may damage the colour of the rugs, because they are made from 100% natural cotton and artisanal dyes, so we recommend that prolonged exposure to sunlight is avoided. For more details, please refer to our washing and maintenance instructions.

I have underfloor heating. Can Cozy Rugs Australia rugs still be used?

Yes, our rugs are completely suited to this type of heating; there are no ill effects in terms of their appearance, quality or product life.
